House is in ideal location for UIHC employee/resident/fellow as it is located one block from Southwest corner of UIHC. May be close enough for you to take call from home or at least sneak home for lunch with the spouse.... No need to pay extra for a parking permit.

Rental home with 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen/dining room, 1 main level full bathroom and 1 basement bathroom. Ample storage in unfinished basement and attic. Basement with plenty of room for a workout room. Property includes a two car garage, dishwasher, disposal, washer & dryer, and central air.
Renter is responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, water, internet, and garbage. In addition, tenant is responsible for snow removal, and lawn care (landlord will provide mower and shovels) at listed rental rate. Snow and lawn responsibilities also negotiable for a higher rent.

The landlords use the garage and entire yard for tailgating for all home football games and any concerts at Kinnick. You'll have to vacate the yard and remove your car(s) the night before the game/concert and can return it once the tailgating event has closed down. This is non-negotiable.
