I love living here! However I do wish the apartments were built better to muffle the noise. Amenities are great. It is pretty expensive to live here!! I do feel it’s a bit overpriced.

Overall, The Emory is an okay place to live. The location is convenient, the building is generally well-kept, and most day-to-day needs are met without issue.They do a good job of attempting community engagement with activities and events.
That said, the biggest drawback is the lack of proper insulation in both the floors and ceilings. Noise carries far more than it should, and at times it feels like there’s very little buffer between units. With better soundproofing, this could be a... significantly more comfortable living experience.
If you’re looking for something simple and in a good area, it works — just be aware that the noise insulation isn’t great for the price you pay.

I think the Emory has a great community. It has wonderful amenities! I’ve enjoyed the activities the club house puts on and the access to the pool in the summer. The management is also very reasonable and kind.

Attentive staff when needed. Bonus for the pool and gym! Nice large space to live with open layout. Enjoy that they bring the community together with small events.
