I absolutely love living here. The amenities are amazing and the people I have met are so friendly. The property management are so friendly and quick to respond to any concerns brought to their attention. Highly recommend

I enjoy living here at The Emory! Staff is very friendly and always say hi when they see you around. The grounds are well kept and despite the construction, it is not very loud.

The amenities look great. Can't wait to try out the gym & swim in that beautiful pool. Most of all is the dog washing station. I love my dogs & to know that its basically right outside my door. Spectacular.

Great place for older Iowans to live. We are listened to by all. Property management and maintenance are people of integrity and worth. This is home.

The staff has been professional and responsive when needed, and the property offers a good balance of comfort and accessibility. Parking and noise can occasionally be challenging depending on the time of day, but overall the experience has been positive.
