It's conveniently located within 12-15 minutes of various key destinations, including University Hospital, IRL, Trader Joe's, downtown Iowa City, and 20 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Furthermore, this space is nestled on a 1.3-acre lot and is in proximity to walking trails and a bike path leading to the hospital and downtown campus.

The bedroom is furnished with a full-size Tempur-Pedic mattress and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. The bathroom boasts a shower/tub, while the kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker that can brew both single cups and full pots.
